Our restaurant's okara (soy pulp) dishes will be featured.
Our store continues to use "okara," which is discarded at a rate of approximately 700,000 tons per year, in delicious and healthy ways.
My carefully crafted okara (soy pulp) dishes will be featured on an NHK program.
I sincerely hope that the appeal of "okara" (soy pulp) will be conveyed through this program.
