We have recreated meat dishes honed in Tuscany, Italy, and prepared them as a course meal. First, toast with a well-chilled beer. Enjoy a platter of fragrant meat grilled over binchotan charcoal, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and pasta for the final course. For a summer exclusive, we will offer a complimentary beer to toast in a special Arita ware tumbler. We will also suggest a wine that is perfectly matched with the dish. It has a delicate fruity aroma of cherry and strawberry and a light mouthfeel.
A well-balanced red wine with a pleasant bitterness, firm minerality, and smooth acidity.
Schiava is a native grape variety from Alto Adige in northern Italy, located at the foot of the Alps.

The meat is made with Tokachi herb beef and other carefully selected ingredients, and is prepared with care by Chef Tsuji.

A stew made with plenty of oysters from the Seto Inland Sea, produced in Mushiage, Okayama Prefecture, and spinach bechamel sauce.

We made focaccia using okara from Otaya Tofu Shop in Yoyogi Uehara and our own homemade salt koji (seaweed salt from Awaji Island and koji from Gunma Prefecture) made at CONVIVIO.

If you have any special requests, such as food allergies, dislikes, or special occasions, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

We may not be able to answer your calls during lunch and dinner hours.

About clothing

Please refrain from visiting in extremely casual attire.

Request regarding fragrance

Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume or cologne when visiting the store or using them inside the store.
Strong scents not only diminish the delicate aroma and flavor of seasonal ingredients, but can also cause allergies and ill health, and may cause inconvenience to other customers. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Regarding visits by children under 18 years of age

lunch time
Preschool children can only be accommodated in private rooms. Hall seats are limited to children who are ordering from the set menu.

Dinner time
Both the private rooms and the dining hall are only available to children aged elementary school and above who are able to order from the course menu.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 3 days of your reservation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
Please note that if you cancel on the day, cancel without notice, or change the number of people, a cancellation fee of 100% of the meal cost will be charged.
