First Cooking Class Report

hello everyone!

The other day, on October 16th, we were able to successfully hold our first cooking class!
It's been 10 years since the last time, so there were some awkward moments, but I hope you all enjoyed it.
This time we introduced recipes for three dishes - classic pasta, hamburger steak, and sea bream carpaccio - that can be prepared in just one hour.

The participants listened attentively and took notes.
We received a lot of questions and were able to teach some little tricks that will make the food taste even better!

Finally, everyone enjoyed a lunch course that included the three dishes presented above, as well as an appetizer and dessert.
I think that knowing the cooking process before eating the food gave the customers a deeper understanding.

And above all, the participants seemed to be having fun chatting and we received some useful advice, so we were filled with memories that made us really glad that we were able to resume the event.

Now, without further ado, the dates for next month's cooking class in November have been decided.

It's November 28th!

Since December is approaching, we would like to hold a Christmas-themed cooking class.
I hope to express something like, "This is what I'm going to do for Christmas this year!"
